Daniel J. Sponzilli

Daniel Sponzilli is CEO and Director of the Hydroseeding Pro Inc. and Director and Vice President of Sponzilli Landscape Group. Daniel has held various project management and executive positions throughout the organization and took the top post in 1999.
Daniel is responsible for all business strategy decisions, financial and accounting management, client creation and relationships. He is the Chairman of the senior management team for the organization and is responsible for the company vision.
Since his tenure, Daniel has helped grow the company from a residential based outfit, to A full-scale erosion control solution provider. He created the Stormwater division and successfully created and manages HYDROSEEDING PRO GOLF. His business relationships lead into new areas of service throughout the world, enabling the HYDROSEEDING PRO to reach as far as the West Coast of the USA and grow into Europe, via Greece and Italy.
He is a member of the International Erosion Control Association, Associated General Contractors Association, Land Improvement Contractors Association, Golf Course Builders and Superintendent Association, Sports field and Turf Association, Utility Contractors Association, Association of Certified Landscape Architects, Erosion Control Technology Council, New Jersey Nursery Landscape Association, Certified Professional in Erosion Control, Sierra Club.
Daniel graduated cum laude from New York University, Stern School of Business, currently receiving a second BS from Rutgers University, Cook College, School of Landscape Architecture and worked in investment banking at Bear Stearns and Vice President of Corporate Finance at finance boutique Zanett, Lombardia prior to coming aboard.

Richard S. Sponzilli
Chairman and Founder
Richard Sponzilli is Chairman of the Board, CEO and Founderof the Sponzilli Landscape Group and Hydroseeding Pro.

A 32-year member of the New Jersey Nurseryman and Landscape Association, Richard Is recognized as one of the landscape industrys leading advocates and leader who has profoundly influenced the long-term advancement of the landscape business. Rich was also a founding member of landscape contractor organizations and a pioneer in establishing the industry as a professional and respected entity. A trailblazer in design and installation techniques in New Jersey, his design work is known throughout the tri-state area, having created an entire style that is used by designers today.
He works with many organizations, including board member of Morris County Community College, Landscape Initiative, Morris Catholic High School, Italian Business Organization, Sisters of the Poor Charity and operates basketball camps for children. Rich was graduated from William Paterson University, BS, MA. He attended and is certified landscape designer from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

Jason R. Sponzilli
Chief Financial Officer

Jason Sponzilli serves as CFO at the corporation and is the Director for the HP/SLG Maintenance Division. Jason is responsible for financial activities, leads the financial and accounting organization, and works in unison with the CEO on banking and finance relationships. Additionally, he is a key member of the senior management team; he plays a key role in the implementation, and development of business strategies.
Jason received his Bachelors Degree from Marist College, NY and served as an accountant at the Bank of New York in NYC, before joining in 2000.

Frank Pagano

|
Frank joined our team in 1999 serving as crew leader and manager. Quickly adapting our style and focus, Frank grew to operations manager. Overseeing all equipment maintenance, project management and scheduling, he soon was promoted to Chief Operating Supervisor. He now focuses on sales to operations duties, project management and the companies daily operation. Frank is also an intrigul part of our senior management team, providing vital insite into daily opertions.
Frank is a member of the International Erosion Control Association, Golf Course Builders Association, and is CSPEC in training.

Ronald Conforth

Ron started in 1987, as an advisor to operations. He has over 30 years in the landscape construction field as an operations manager, serving currently as the Chief Operations Supervisor at SLG. Ron has extensive knowledge in earth moving operations, large-scale projects, wetland creation and planting, structural and vegetative construction and implementation. Ron has been a member of the NJNA for 20 Years, and holds his pesticide and contractors license.

Anthony C. Sponzilli
Landscape Architect/Designer

Anthony Sponzilli serves as branch manager to our newly formed Southern California Branch, in Los Angeles. He conducts sales, design expertise and is responsible for operations and branch set up in the upcoming year.
Anthony is also currently on scholarship, receiving his Masters in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of
Southern California.

Jason Bruno
Landscape Designer/Horticulturist

Jason joined HP and SLG in 1999 as a landscape designer and wetland expert. Having expertise in landscape and environmental design, Jason quickly rose to become Chief designer and expert in wetland design and installation. He manages the design staff and coordinates all sales efforts in wetland mitigation, stream bank design and residential and
commercial design.
Prior to our organization, Jason worked at the Dawson Corporation, as a designer and Supervisor in the environmental design and construction department. Jason is a native of New Jersey and received his BS in Horticulture and Design from Delaware Valley University, Pennsylvania.

Carol Rudolph

Carol Rudolph joined our company in 1987 as an executive assistant and bookkeeper. Having the knowledge in accountant practices, Carol divides her time between the accounting department and heading up our human resource department.

Dr. Pericles Lance III

Dr. Pericles Lance M.D., MBA, serves as an outside technical advisor in environmental issues and strategic planning. Dr. Lance has a strong passion for the environment and is active in New Jersey and New York branches. A New Jersey native, Dr. Lance received his BS from Montclair State University, and M.D. and MBA from New York University.

Alon Isrealy Esq.

Alon Isrealy consults on HP information systems department, which provides application software development, computer network support, local and wide area network support, IT training, PC hardware and software support. Alon also serves the company as council, Specializing in contracts and torts.
Alon received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1999 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000. A Los Angeles native, he completed his undergraduate studies at University of California Los Angeles. He also is the founder of Capida.com a solutions provider to the computer
security industry.
