Candidtate will posess green industry knowledge and golf industry knowledge. Willingness to create and maintain new and existing customers, have understanding of various erosion control needs on all types of projects, strong communication skills, determination and ability to read clients needs and flexibility to travel.
On-site management of golf course project, construction projects and wetland projects Serve as company on site representative,
Ensures project is constructed in accordance with budget, schedule, design and specifications. Requires: Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods). Motivation and training of staff. Communication skills when dealing with owners, architects and suppliers. Ability to manage and facilitate a large number of crews at one time.
Entry level supervision
Trains and manages crew. Responsible for quality control
and assigned work.
Requires: Basic knowledge of construction. Ability to manage an assigned crew. Willing to be a working supervisor. Understanding of various mechanical disciplines.
